Ingredients:

 

 

 

1 onion, finely chop

1/4 cup Kraft Calorie Wise Italian dressing

1-1/2 pounds of lean beef

3/4 c Heinz ketchup, divide

1 kg (120 g) pack of low-sodium chicken stuff mix

3/4 c water

2 egg whites

1/2 c cheddar-cheese
