condensed milk pudding

 

 

Ingredients:

2 cans of condensed milk
2 cans of milk use the same can of condensed milk
6 eggs
1 cup of tea) Sugar for the caramel

Preparation:

1. Add the sugar Heat a saucepan and add the sugar over low heat Melt until everything melts and a slightly runny caramel is formed.
2. Put the caramel in a large mold (24 cm) with a hole in the middle and spread it well.Reservations.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
4. Add condensed milk, milk and eggs to the mixer and mix until well combined.
5. Add the whipped ingredients to the reserved caramel mold.
6. Place the mold with the center hole in another mold sprayed with hot water (in a water bath), cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
7.After cooking, allow to cool and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
8. To remove the pudding, take the pudding out of the mold with a knife and if it does not come out immediately, place the bottom of the mold in a container of hot water to loosen it better.
