CHEESECAKE WITH JAM

 

Ingredients:

180 gr. of Mary sort cookies
500 gr. of cream cheese
65 gr. of butter
250 gr. of mascarpone cheese
380 gr.of condensed milk
250 gr. of Greek yogurt
5 eggs
40 gr. cornstarch
One teaspoon of vanilla extract
Strawberry jam
Strawberries
Whipped cream

Preparation:

To appreciate a tasty cheesecake with strawberry stick, the primary thing we must do is preheat the broiler to 180º C, with warm over and below.
Then, we put the blend within the base of the shape, press it marginally with our fingers and refrigerate it.
Put the cream cheese and mascarpone sort, condensed drain and Greek yogurt in a bowl, and blend well with the assistance of a few sticks.
We include the eggs one by one, so we are going not include the another one until the past one is well blended. At that point, include the vanilla.
Gradually add the cornstarch, whereas proceeding to defeat. At that point, pour the blend into the mold and take it to the oven.
