Chocolate Pecan Turtle Clusters

Ingredients:

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup pecan halves
1/2 cup caramel candies, unwrapped
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Sea salt for garnish (optional)
Directions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters.
Immediately press a pecan half into the center of each cluster.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the unwrapped caramel candies and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the chocolate clusters.
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top of each cluster for a sweet and salty contrast (optional).
Allow the clusters to cool and set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Once set, remove from the parchment paper and enjoy!
