Juicy Fried Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pounds chicken wings, split at joints and tips removed

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and sprinkle the flour mixture over them. Toss the wings to coat them evenly with the flour mixture.
Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil, a few at a time, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry the wings for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried wings from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve the juicy fried chicken wings hot, with your favorite dipping sauces or sides.

Enjoy your delicious and juicy fried chicken wings
