ingredients:
60 grams of butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup sauce
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 kg of pork ribs
Pepper to taste
to prepare:
1. In a bowl, put the butter, onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes, then add the sugar, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and salt. Cook until it forms a sort of syrup.
2. Cover the ribs with the previous sauce and put them in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
3. Place the ribs in a baking tray, sprinkle them with salt and pepper, then brush them with the barbecue mixture, and bake them at 180 degrees Celsius until they are well done.
