Yummy fruit salad

 

Ingredients: 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 cup fresh blackberries 1 cup green grapes, halved 1 cup red grapes, halved 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cubed 2 tablespoons honey (optional) 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional) Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Preparation: In a large bowl, mix strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, green grapes, red grapes, kiwi slices, and pineapple cubes. Gently toss the fruits until evenly distributed in the bowl. If desired, drizzle honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the fruit salad to add sweetness and tanginess. Gently mix to coat the fruits. Refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Before serving, garnish the fruit salad with fresh mint leaves for a delightful touch.
