Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk continuously to create a roux. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is lightly golden.
