Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 pounds of cooked chicken, cut or shredded
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup roasted red pepper, chopped
  • 1 ½ cup cheddar cheese, mild
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

FIRST STEP:

Preheat the oven to 350*

Grease the bottom and the sides of a baking dish
