1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 head of cabbage
1 lb ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot of boiling water, immerse the cabbage head after removing its core. Allow it to cook for approximately 5 minutes until the outer leaves are tender. Once done, remove the cabbage from the water and set it aside to cool.
Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it browns. Incorporate the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion turns translucent. Drain off any excess grease.
Combine the cooked rice with the beef mixture in a bowl. Season it with salt, pepper, and paprika.
