It has a no-bake cookie dough base and a vanilla chocolate chip cheesecake filling, then it’s topped with chocolate ganache, whipped cream, cookie dough balls and chocolate chips!

Here’s what you’ll need
Cookie dough:
110g Unsalted Butter
50g Granulated Sugar
100g Light brown sugar
30ml Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
160g Plain Flour, heat treated
1/2 tsp Salt
100g Chocolate chips
Set aside 1/3 of the cookie dough to roll into tiny balls for the topping
Cheesecake:
480ml double cream, cold (save 1/4 for the topping)
500g cream cheese
120g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g mini choc chips
Ganache topping:
150g dark chocolate (or choc chips)
150ml double cream, HOT (microwave on high for 1min30)
