Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Recipe
Delicious Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients:

1 pound shrimp (large, peeled and deveined)
8 oz pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
4 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
4 tablespoons olive oil
6 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjustable to taste)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cup white wine (dry)
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the linguine or spaghetti as per the package instructions, then drain and keep aside.
In a large skillet, combine butter and olive oil and heat over medium heat.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until the garlic emits a fragrant aroma but isn’t browned.
Place the shrimp in the skillet, cooking until they become pink on both sides.
Mix in the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
Add the dry white wine and lemon juice, simmering the mixture for 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper according to your preference.
Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet, ensuring it’s thoroughly coated in the sauce.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
