Ingredients:


– 2 chicken fillets, boneless and skinless
– 3 eggs
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup breadcrumbs (you can use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness)
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
– Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Prepare the chicken fillets by cutting them into strips about 1 inch wide. Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
