Perfect cupcake recipe No crack

Here’s a simple recipe for making cupcakes:

Ingredients

– 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs, at room temperature
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup milk

 

 

**Instructions:**

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.

4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix, as it can result in dense cupcakes.

6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

8. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, you can frost them with your favorite frosting or enjoy them plain! You can also decorate them with sprinkles, chocolate chips, or any other toppings you like. Enjoy your homemade cupcakes!
