Is there anything better than homemade Southern Fried Chicken?  Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavors that dance on your taste buds!

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying

Directions:

In a large bowl, soak the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 375°F (190°C). Fry chicken in batches, without crowding, for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
