3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup rice vinegar

2 minced garlic cloves

3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

4 teaspoons cornstarch

1 /4 cup warm water
