Chicken Breast Stuffed with Ham, Mozzarella and Tomato

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

2 chicken breasts
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Ham
mozzarella
tomato for stuffing
2 tomatoes
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
oil
mozzarella to taste
oregano to taste

 

Way of doing : 

 

 

Cut the chicken breasts into fillets, then use a kitchen hammer to break the fibers and make the chicken more tender.
Then season with salt and black pepper.
Add a slice of ham, mozzarella and tomato to each fillet, then roll up the chicken and insert a toothpick to close it.
Grate the tomatoes, add the salt, oregano, black pepper and mix.
In a pan add oil, spread well to grease, then add the chicken breasts and fry on both sides.
Remove the toothpicks, then add the tomato sauce, prepared previously, spread well.
Finally add the mozzarella and oregano, cover the pan and let it cook for 30 minutes
