– 8 turkey wings, separated at joints
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Vegetable oil for frying
– 1/4 cup butter, melted
– 2 tablespoons hot sauce
– 1 tablespoon honey

1. In a large bowl, combine flour, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Toss the turkey wings in the flour mixture until they are well coated.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
