Potato fritters

INGREDIENTS :
700g boiled potatoes
150g salami
100g cheese
2 tbsp flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
50g (0.4 cup) flour (all purpose)
3 tbsp oil

METHOD :
Grate boiled potatoes, salami and cheese on a grater. Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, parsley. Mix.
Shape Meatballs and Dough. Fry in a little oil.
