Ingredients:

 

– For Chicken Wings:
– 2 lbs chicken wings
– 1 cup flour
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Oil for frying

– For Lasagna:

 

– 9 lasagna noodles
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 3 cups marinara sauce
– 15 oz ricotta cheese
– 1 egg
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. **Chicken Wings:**
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Coat chicken wings in the flour mixture.
3. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
4. Fry chicken wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

2. **Lasagna:**
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Boil lasagna noodles as per package instructions, then drain.
3. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned; drain. Stir in marinara sauce.
4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, half the mozzarella, half the Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
5. Layer in a baking dish: start with meat sauce, then noodles, and ricotta mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 25 minutes or until cheese is golden.
