INGREDIENTS

120ml milk
1 eggs
12g breadcrumbs
Sandwich bread slices
2 slices of ham
120g cheese
Ketchup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the crusts from the sandwich bread slices.
2. Cover 6 pieces of bread with tomato sauce, top with ham and cheese, top with a second slice of bread.
3. Beat eggs with milk and top each sandwich with egg mixture.
4. Coat each sandwich with breadcrumbs on all sides, then transfer to a skillet set over medium heat.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side and serve immediately.
