CARROT ORANGE LEMON GINGER TURMERIC
Ingredients
- Carrots: 1.8 kg (about 4 lb)
- Oranges: 8–10, peeled
- Ginger: half of the shared amount
- Turmeric: half of the shared amount
- Lemons: 3, peeled
Directions
- Juicer method (best):
Run everything through a juicer. - Blender method:
- Chop everything.
- Blend in batches with enough water to move the blender.
- Strain through nut-milk bag or fine mesh.
- Stir well and taste.
- Adjust:
- More lemon = brighter
- More ginger = spicier
- Tiny pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)

Ingredients
- Beets: 1 kg (2.2 lb), peeled
- Apples: 6–8 (sweet ones like Fuji or Gala)
- Carrots: 900 g (2 lb)
- Ginger: remaining half
- Turmeric: remaining half
- Lemons: 3, peeled
Directions
Same process as above (juicer or blend + strain).
Storage
- Fridge: 3–4 days (glass bottles, filled to the top)
- Freezer: up to 2 months
