or 1 dozen eggs
or 2 dozen fresh medium shrimp
or 1 tbsp.
cooking oil or 1/2 small
lemon or 2-3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
or 1/2-1 tbsp. depending on the degree of seasoning
or 1 tbsp. sweet taste
or 1-2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning + 2 tbsp. (for Cajun shrimp)
or 1/4 tsp. (C. decorate)
or salt + pepper to taste

How to Make Cajun Shrimp Eggs

Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
Carefully arrange eggs in shallow pan.
Cover with water and cover the eggs. Once the eggs begin to boil, turn off the heat and let sit, covered, for 15-20 minutes.
Cajun Egg Filling
Peel the eggs, cut in half and place the yolks in a medium bowl. Place the egg white halves on a paper towel to dry.
Add the listed ingredients to the bowl along with the egg yolks, starting with the mayonnaise.After adding each ingredient, taste and adjust to your taste and spiciness.
Stir until creamy, cover and set aside.
Cajun Shrimp
In a medium skillet over medium/high heat, add the olive oil. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. Add Ole Bay and stir until the shrimp are well coated.Fry
shrimp until cooked through (if raw) or lightly charred. Halfway through cooking, add about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the shrimp.
Cajun Shrimp Deviled Egg Dressing
Divide egg mixture evenly into egg white cups and garnish with Cajun shrimp.
Garnish with paprika and dill.
