Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
Instruction
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar until well combined
Add the brown sugar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and herbs, then mix until the sugar dissolves and everything is fully blended
Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure the meat is fully coated
Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but for the best flavor marinate overnight
Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess drip off before cooking
Grill, pan-sear, or broil the steak to your preferred doneness
Let the steak rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy
Enjoy a rich, flavorful steak packed with bold, savory goodness
