Ingredients
- 1 liter heavy whipping cream
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 500 g cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons powdered milk
- 500–600 g tea biscuits, broken into medium pieces
- 700 g to 1 kg fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup melted white chocolate, optional
- ½ cup milk, only if the mixture is too thick
- Extra strawberries and crushed biscuits for decoration
Preparation
- Beat the heavy whipping cream until thick and fluffy.
- In another large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered milk until smooth.
- Add the melted white chocolate if you want a richer and creamier flavor.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the chopped strawberries and mix carefully.
- Break the biscuits into medium-sized pieces. Do not crush them completely.
- Fold the biscuits into the creamy mixture until everything is evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a large glass serving dish and smooth the top.
- Decorate with extra strawberries, crushed biscuits, or white chocolate.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
- Serve cold.
Yield: About 12–16 servings.
For an extra-large party tray, use:
1.5 liters heavy cream + 3 cans condensed milk + 750 g cream cheese + 800 g biscuits + 1.2 kg strawberries.
