slow cooker pork chop

Most believe that making a delicious pork chop requires a lot of herbs, spices, or sauces. The best thing about pork, however, is that it absorbs flavors very well and can be cooked into a really juicy and tender piece of meat.

The following recipe is a 3 ingredient slow cooker pork chop recipe and it really doesn’t get any easier. For flavor, this recipe relies on canned soups and store-bought seasoning packets.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed version. Another possible substitute is cream of mushroom soup.

DIRECTIONS

1. Start by adding the four washed pork chops to the slow cooker.

2. Next, add a can of cream of chicken soup.

Importantly, you also need to add the same amount of water (just fill the same can with water and add it to the slow cooker).

3. Add a package of store-bought ranch dressing. You don’t need to add the entire package.

Although it may seem like a lot, the mixture is diluted as it cooks.
4.Let the pork chops cook on low for about 6 hours.

5. Once ready, we take them out of the slow cooker with tongs or a spatula.

6. Serve with potatoes and your favorite vegetables.
