Ivory Star Points
Join ivory yarn in any ch-2 corner.
Round 4: In each of the 6 corner spaces work:
3 dc, ch 3, 3 dc.
Make sc between each blue section to create the valleys of the star.
Round 5: Sl st to the first ch-3 point. In every ch-3 space work:
3 dc, ch 3, 3 dc.
Work sc in each valley between the points. Repeat around all 6 points.
For sharper points, work (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) into each final ch-3 space and sl st down toward the valley.
Hanging Loop
At the top point, join blue yarn and ch 35–45. Sl st back into the same point to form the hanging loop. Fasten off and weave in all ends.
Lightly block the ornament so the six star points stay crisp and symmetrical.
Finished size: approximately 14–17 cm, depending on yarn and hook size.
