Final Assembly
- Lay the finished star flat and adjust all five points.
- Sew the poinsettia securely in the center.
- Attach the bow, greenery, and hanging loop.
- Add the five decorative hanging cords.
- Attach the two trees, heart, bells, and beads.
- Weave in all loose yarn ends.
- Lightly steam-block the star without pressing the raised flower.
- Hang the finished ornament and adjust the decorations until they hang evenly.
Finished Size
Approximately 35–45 cm wide and 55–70 cm long, including the hanging decorations, depending on yarn thickness and cord length.
Crochet Tip: Use firm, even stitches to help the star hold its shape. For a flatter, more structured hanging ornament, insert a lightweight stiffening layer between the two star pieces before joining them.
The finished decoration combines traditional Christmas colors, beautiful crochet textures, and elegant hanging ornaments for a festive handmade display.
