Cheese-Filled Soft Bread Loaf

Ingredients

For the dough

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm milk
1 large egg
4 tablespoons butter softened

For the cheese filling

1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
½ cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter

For brushing

1 tablespoon melted butter

In a large bowl, mix warm milk, yeast and sugar. Let rest 5 minutes until slightly foamy.
