Ingredients
1 teaspoon whole cloves
2 cups water

1 small piece cinnamon stick
1 slice fresh ginger
1 teaspoon honey or lemon juice after cooling
Preparation
Rinse the cloves quickly with water.
Add the cloves to a small pot with the water.
Bring to a gentle boil.
Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and cover the pot.
Let it steep for another 10 minutes.
Strain the liquid into a cup.
Add honey or lemon only when warm, not hot.
How to Use
Drink one small cup once a day.
Best taken after meals.
Do not exceed one cup per day.
