Digestive Juice

Ingredients
- 1 green apple (with skin, washed)
- 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
- ½ to 1 lemon, peeled or juiced
- 1 cup water (optional, for blending)
Instructions (2 methods)
Blender Method
- Chop apple, ginger, and lemon into small pieces.
- Add to blender with water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain if you prefer juice-only (optional).
- Drink immediately.
Juicer Method
- Run apple, ginger, and lemon through a juicer.
- Stir and drink fresh.
How to Drink
- Best in the morning on an empty stomach
- Drink once per day
- Follow with a glass of water
