Bottle Cover
With white yarn, make a magic ring.
Round 1: 6 sc into ring.
Round 2: inc around = 12 sts.
Round 3: 1 sc, inc around = 18 sts.
Round 4: 2 sc, inc around = 24 sts.
Continue increasing evenly until the base matches the bottom of your bottle.
Then work 1 sc in each stitch around without increasing until the cover reaches the desired height.
Add decorative stripe sections near the bottom and middle:
- 1 round red
- 1 round green
- 1 round white
- Repeat as desired
For the neck, decrease gradually to fit snugly around the bottle neck, then continue straight in white.
Finish the top with 2–3 rounds of red and add a thin gold chain detail around it.
Poinsettia Flower
Make 6 large red petals.
For each petal:
Ch 10.
Starting in the 2nd chain from hook:
sl st, sc, hdc, dc, 2 dc, dc, hdc, sc, sl st.
Work down the opposite side of the chain in the same sequence to form a pointed oval petal.
Make 6 smaller red petals the same way using ch 7–8.
Layer the smaller petals over the larger ones and sew together.
For the center, crochet a small gold circle:

Round 2: 2 sc in each st.
Fasten off and sew to the flower center.
Green Leaves
Make 6 leaves.
Ch 11.

Hanging Crochet Balls
For each ball:
Round 1: Magic ring, 6 sc.

Make 3 balls and attach them to crocheted cords hanging beneath the flower.
Pearl Decoration
Thread pearl beads onto yarn or thin cord and sew them around the bottle in decorative horizontal bands.
Assembly
Sew the large poinsettia securely to the front of the bottle cover. Place the dark green leaves behind it, attach the 3 dangling red balls underneath, then finish with pearl and gold details.
