Ingredients
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil (to moisturize the skin)
Instructions
Take a small clean bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon baking soda.
Pour in 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice slowly (it may fizz slightly).
Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil.
Mix everything well until it forms a smooth creamy paste.
Wash your face with mild cleanser and pat dry.
Apply a thin layer of the mixture to your face, avoiding the eyes.
Leave it on for 5–10 minutes only.
Rinse with lukewarm water and apply a light moisturizer.
Tips
Always do a patch test on your hand before applying to your face.
Use this remedy 1 time per week only.
Avoid applying on sensitive or irritated skin.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight, so use it at night and apply sunscreen the next day.
Note: Natural remedies may help with mild exfoliation and freshness, but they cannot instantly remove wrinkles or dramatically change skin overnight. Consistent skincare, hydration, sunscreen, and a healthy diet are more effective for long-term skin health.
