Gentle Bedtime Mineral Drink Supportive Not a Cure

Purpose:

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- A small pinch of natural sea salt (⅛ tsp or less)
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- A squeeze of fresh lemon (optional)
How to Prepare
- Warm the water (do NOT boil).
- Add a tiny pinch of salt and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in honey and lemon if using.
- Drink slowly 30–60 minutes before bed.
